No account is required to use KWS Trends.

Public searches

Keywords you submit, their country settings and the resulting reports are stored as public research pages. Do not submit personal information, confidential business information or secrets. Searches are sent to our keyword and trend data providers to generate results.

Browser allowance

We use an essential cookie to remember your anonymous browser and apply the 10-search daily allowance. It lasts up to one year and contains no name or email. Daily quotas reset at 00:00 UTC. Clearing cookies or using another browser changes this identifier.

Operational records

We keep short-lived usage records to limit abuse. The application does not store raw IP addresses in its database. Usage records are removed after 8 days. Our hosting provider processes network and operational logs to deliver and protect the service.

Storage

Saved public research reports are retained until removed by the operator. Links to external sites follow those sites’ privacy policies.

Analytics

We use Mixpanel and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, keywords searched, reports opened, refreshed, followed and downloaded. They set their own identifiers in your browser (Google Analytics cookies and Mixpanel local storage) and receive your IP address and browser details from your requests. We do not use advertising cookies and do not send names or email addresses.
